The great spotted woodpecker has always been a subject of inspiration to me as an ambassador of the forest. They're beautiful markings and audible drumming lets you know they're working. They are beautiful characters to me and they embody a fun spirit of the woodlands and to me they symbolize determination, focus and persistence.
